Omaha Ordinance in Jeopardy

In an opinion by the State Attorney General, Omaha's new ordinance which protects against discrimination due to sexual orientation may be in jeopardy. In the opinion, the attorney general reasons that that ordinance is beyond the scope of authority granted to a municipality by the state of Nebraska.
