DOL Updates FMLA Forms

In an announcement by the Department of Labor, the forms for processing a leave under the FMLA have been updated. While this sounds like an important announcement, the new forms do nothing other than change the expiration date on the forms from the end of 2011 to the end of 2015. If you use the DOL version of the forms, you will want to use the forms with the new expiration date. If you have used the forms as your own model and completed your own company information, no change is necessary.
