PleaseNote the Following Regarding Changes in the RAHA1. Changes in therequirements for when a RAHA is to be completed do not change any requirementsfor the completion of a job description in filling a position. 2. These changes are notintended to change any internal College/Unit requirements on position approval.3. For AcademicProfessional and Faculty Appointments, the RAHA is to continue to be attachedto the respective HR Front End transaction. We are examining ways to connectthe approval of the position with the respective HR Front End transaction whichmay eliminate this requirement.
Future Changes
Please notethat in the near future, the form will be updated and renamed Position Authorization. At that time,it will be integrated with the Requisition utilized for Civil Service positionsresulting in only one form required for filling a Civil Service position. Youwill be notified about this change at that time and webinars will be conductedto overview the changes with you.
